The Gymszo Origin

Built by a gym owner,
for gym owners.

We didn't set out to build a tech company. We set out to stop the bleeding of lost revenue, missed check-ins, and chaotic administrative spreadsheets.

The Breaking Point

It was 10:45 PM on a Tuesday. The gym had closed an hour ago, but I was still sitting at the front desk, staring at three different screens.

On one screen, a messy Excel spreadsheet trying to track attendance. On another, a legacy billing portal that just failed to process seven different credit cards. On my phone, five unread WhatsApp messages from members trying to pause their memberships.

I was burning out. Fast. I wanted to build a fitness community, but instead, I was acting as a glorified accountant, debt collector, and IT support agent.

Hi, I'm Pushkar Awasthi. After trying every "industry standard" software and realizing they were all built a decade ago, I decided to build the cure.

From Chaos to Clarity.

How we evolved from a frustrated gym owner into a global OS.

The Realization

Realizing that 80% of our churn was due to administrative friction, not bad equipment.

Building Phase 1

Creating the first iteration of Gymszo strictly for our own facility to automate check-ins and payments.

The Global Launch

Opening the platform to gym owners worldwide, focusing purely on acquisition and retention metrics.

Our Core Values

Radical Simplicity

Gym software shouldn't require a master's degree. We build intuitive tools that your staff can learn in 10 minutes, eliminating onboarding headaches.

Growth Over Admin

Every feature we build is designed to either acquire a new member or retain an existing one. We automate the busywork.

Owner First

We answer to gym owners, not venture capitalists. Our product roadmap is dictated strictly by what actually makes your facility more profitable.
