Members on the Growth plan get access to the Gymszo member app, which is available on iOS and Android. On the Enterprise plan, you can have the app white-labeled under your gym's own brand name.
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports multi-location management, where you can oversee all your gyms from a single dashboard while keeping each location's data, staff, and members separate.
Gymszo integrates with Razorpay, Paytm, and Cashfree for online payment collection. Members can pay membership dues directly through the app or via payment links sent over WhatsApp.

Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include full trainer management — assign trainers to members, track PT sessions, set commission structures, and auto-calculate payouts at month end.
We are currently onboarding gyms in batches to ensure maximum support quality. Most facilities are granted access within 2-3 weeks of joining the waitlist.

Our support team is fluent in English and Hindi. The Gymszo dashboard is currently in English, with regional language support on the roadmap for 2025.
